“I think about photographs as being full, or empty. You picture something in a frame and it’s got lots of accounting going on in it – stones, buildings, trees and air – but that’s not what fills up a frame. You fill the frame with feelings, energy, discovery and risk, and leave room enough for someone else to get in there.” – Joel Meyerowitz

Jair Solís starting shooting just three years ago, when he was 20 years old. His Instagram page is a testament to curiosity, imbuing landscapes with a nostalgic glow for summer days passing by.

He notes: “I find my photos to be somewhat nostalgic, like those places are waiting for us to give them some kind of meaning. Every time I press the shutter button I’m looking to make people feel something – anything.”
